Strong rain fell in many Jordan governorates last night, with winter returning as temperaturs saw a sharp decline.

And while Jordan may not be experiencing a white Christmas, it will certainly be a wet one as the rain continues to fall throughout Monday, with cold and cloudy conditions throughout the north and centre of the kingdom. However, clouds are expected to dissipate throughout the afternoon.

The rest of the week is expected to see a end to the rain and a small rise in temperatures throughout Jordan.
