Ambulance crews in Gaza pulled the bodies of two Palestinians who were killed during a series of Israeli airstrikes fired toward Badr location early Saturday.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health spokesman confirmed the death of found bodies, who were identified as Abdullah al-Atal, 28, from Sheikh Radwan, and Muhammad Safadi, 30, both are from Al-Daraj Neighborhood in Northwestern Gaza, WAFA reported.

Meanwhile, the Ministry reported at least 20 injuries, including a child, who was reported in a critical condition, after a series of airstrikes fired by the Israeli army aircraft toward Khan Younes, Jabalia, Sheikh Zayed Towers and other areas.

On the other hand, Israel claimed the strikes are a response to firing rockets from Gaza at southern Israel, which did not cause any damage.

This comes following the Palestinian ‘Day of Anger’ in which Palestinians went to streets in most of the West Bank and Gaza’s cities, to express their rejection toward Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.

The Friday protests resulted in two deaths among Gazans and 179 injuries, while 935 injuries reported from Jerusalem and the West Bank.
