Temperatures are expected to reach between 15-19 degrees Celsius on Saturday and Sunday in Amman and other cities, and to fall below 10 degrees Celsius at night, with a chance of heavy fog forming on Sunday night in parts of the eastern plains, which could include Queen Alia International Airport.
While Saturday morning is expected to see a slight rise in temperatures, unfortunately, those few extra degrees Celsius will not make for warm weather.
Cold weather will prevail in most regions, with southeasterly wind blowing, accompanied by medium and high clouds.
Temperatures will gradually decrease towards midday all the way through to the evening in the eastern and southern parts of the country. Clouds will multiply and appear at different heights, as they prepare to rain.
It is going to potentially rain in some areas in central Jordan at night.
On Sunday, temperatures are expected to remain below their normal average at this time of year.
Rain and thunderstorms are forecast for midday Sunday in some northern parts of the Kingdom, including the Northern Jordan Valley.
