The Minister of Health, Mahmoud Shayyab, toured several medical centers in Jerash, Ajloun, and Irbid today.

Shayyab met with patients in various centers, with whom he talked about the Ministry’s plan for improving the quality of medical services provided throughout the Kingdom.

He said that these tours, especially unplanned tours, help identify weak points in performances, in order to assure the patients are receiving the best possible medical services.

Shayyab instructed the Health Directorate of Jerash to provide more services like pediatrics, and gynecology in the Mastaba Health Center, which the Minister had visited.

He also instructed staff in the Ministry to provide all the equipment the centers needed and to repair the equipment as soon as it malfunction.
