Prime Minister Hani Mulki was seen today voting in the municipal and decentralized elections in Queen Zain Al Sharaf Secondary School in Amman.

The Premier expressed his gratitude for all the efforts official parties and the Independent Electoral Commission have expended in the elections to make voting easier for Jordanians.

He said that the Cabinet decided to alleviate the debts of some municipalities, discharging some municipalities from debt entirely, to make their coming tenure easier, and to enable them to provide the best services to their citizens.

He added that decentralization will provide an equal footing for development for all governorates in the Kingdom, bearing in mind that these are the first decentralized elections Jordan holds.
