Saudi Ministry of Civil Service visits Jordan

A delegation from the Saudi Ministry of Civil Service on Tuesday visited Jordan’s Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission (JIACC) to assess how the commission is enhancing integrity and fighting corruption, Jordanian news agency Petra reported.

Mahmoud Ismael, Researcher at the commission's strategic planning unit, briefed the delegation about the commission, laws related to its work, its objectives and efforts to enhance integrity.

This followed the Saudi delegation’s visit to the Minister of Information and Communications Technology.

Nader Thneibat briefed the delegation about major accomplishments that have been achieved regarding the e-government program and electronic services as well as the role of the ministry in drafting policies for the ITC sector.

Undersecretary of the Saudi Ministry Obeidallah Al Sanaa voiced willingness to benefit from Jordan's experience in the civil service field, Petra reported.
