The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) and Samarra TV seem like they will have to hang their respective heads in false-report-induced shame, after a high Kurdish security official stated that he is 99% sure Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi remains alive, and in southern Raqqa (Syria).

He added that he believes Daesh (ISIS) will resort to guerilla attacks following their defeat, albeit more violently à la Al Qaeda.
