The head of the election committee of the municipality of Mu'az bin Jabal Maawiya al-Qudah, northern Jordan Valley, announced Oshba Abd al-Qadir al-'Umari as the winner on the female quota for the local council membership.

This announcement came after the nomination period was over and Oshba was the only female woman to nominate herself.
