Palestinian sources reveal truth behind Gaza ceasefire agreement leaks

Monday, political writer Wissam Afifa addressed the media leaks regarding a potential ceasefire agreement in Gaza, confirming that Hamas is making significant efforts to end "Israeli" aggression and reach a ceasefire deal.

He emphasized that Hamas has shown flexibility in its positions and expressed hope that concerned parties would exert pressure on the Israeli Occupation to stop the war, allow the return of displaced people, and withdraw.

Afifa also cautioned against media leaks that he described as deliberate, aimed at pressuring the Palestinian people. He called for news to be sourced from official outlets only.

He reiterated that the interests of the Palestinian people are a top priority for Hamas and stressed that the resistance continues to resist the aggression, delivering strong blows to the occupation, especially in Jabalia in recent days.

Afifa concluded by reaffirming that Hamas and the resistance always express their official positions and urged the public to ignore biased media outlets seeking to demoralize the Palestinian people and misrepresent the ongoing 'Israeli' intransigence.
