The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) continue their relentless aggression on Gaza for the 205th consecutive day, witnessing the most atrocious acts of genocide, starvation, torment, displacement, and humanitarian catastrophes.

Prime Minister of the "Israeli" government, Benjamin Netanyahu, remains gripped in fear of the possibility of an arrest warrant being issued against him by the International Criminal Court (ICC), as reported by the Hebrew newspaper Maariv.

It added that Netanyahu has made a “marathon of phone calls”, especially with US President Joe Biden, in an effort to pressure every relevant factor in the matter.

It is believed that the arrest warrant would include Netanyahu along with the “Israeli” War Minister Yoav Gallant and the IOF’s Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi.

Netanyahu acknowledged the seriousness of the International Court of Justice's decisions regarding the brutality of the IOF's aggression on Gaza.

“The threat against IDF soldiers and public figures of Israel, the only democracy in the Middle East and the only Jewish state in the world, is scandalous,” Netanyahu said on his “X” account.

“We will not give in to it,” he added.

The IOF is preparing to launch a military operation in Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip "very soon," according to the Hebrew Broadcasting Authority.

Earlier, the Hebrew Broadcasting Authority, quoting two unnamed military sources, claimed that the IOF would evict one million Palestinians in Rafah to the central and southern parts of the Strip.

“Kan Radio” mentioned that the impending military invasion of Rafah would begin with the evacuation of civilians and could last for 5 weeks.

During the first phase of the ground operation, civilians from Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, near the Egyptian border, will be moved to safer locations, as claimed by “Israeli” media outlets.

-Negotiations-

Senior Hamas official Khalil Al-Hayya stated Thursday that the movement is currently awaiting “Israel” and the mediators’ response to the ongoing negotiations for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip - after Hamas submitted its stipulations at an earlier time.

Al-Hayya, in statements made to Al-Jazeera, said that the lack of progress made in the negotiations is due to “Israeli” obstinacy, adding that Hamas is “serious” about releasing the captives in a “serious” framework of negotiations and agreements.

“We do not want to keep out prisoners [here].”

“Israel” previously rejected a proposal to exchange one female “Israeli” soldier for 50 Palestinian prisoners, including 30 with life sentences - according to Al-Hayya.

Al-Hayya reiterated Hamas’ previously-stated demands in the negotiations, which are the Israeli Occupation’s complete withdrawal from the Gaza Strip in addition to a ceasefire.

Regarding the United States’ demands that Hamas take the “deal on the table”, Al-Hayya said that Washington’s statements were made before receiving a response regarding Hamas’ position in the negotiations from the Israeli Occupation nor Qatar.

-Increase in martyr toll-

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the toll from the aggression has risen to 34,388 martyrs and 77,437 wounded since Oct. 7, 2023.

The ministry, in its daily statistical report issued Yesterday on the number of martyrs and wounded due to the ongoing aggression for the 204th day against Gaza, stated that the IOF committed four massacres against families in Gaza, resulting in 32 martyrs and 69 wounded in the past 24 hours.

The ministry also confirmed that a number of victims remain under rubble and on roads, who remain unreachable by ambulance and civil defense teams.
