IMAGES - Jordan carries out seven joint airdrops over north Gaza

The Jordanian Armed Forces -Arab Army, carried out seven air drops of humanitarian aid and relief jointly with partner countries, targeting several locations in the northern Gaza Strip - a statement by the JAF said today.

Participating in the airdrop were one aircraft belonging to the Royal Jordanian Air Force (RJAF), four aircraft belonging to the United States, one aircraft from the Arab Republic of Egypt, and one from the Federal Republic of Germany.

The Jordanian Armed Forces affirm their ongoing commitment to sending humanitarian and medical aid through an airlift from Marka Airport to Al-Arish International Airport, or through air drop operations onto the Gaza Strip, or via land aid convoys, to assist the people in Gaza in overcoming difficult conditions. This embodies the spirit of cooperation and solidarity between the people of the two brotherly nations - the statement said.

The number of airdrops carried out by the Jordanian Armed Forces - the Arab Army, since the beginning of the “Israeli” aggression on the Strip on Oct. 7, 2023, has risen to 87 airdrops and 209 airdrops carried out in cooperation with partner countries.
