The spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate (PSD) stated that one of the wanted individuals, whose photos were published and circulated last January in connection with drug-related cases, surrendered himself today, Tuesday.

The spokesperson indicated that the wanted individual surrendered as a result of efforts to search for the eight wanted individuals who were circulated, which contributed to narrowing down his movements and surrounding him.

The spokesperson confirmed that the wanted individual, Saud Obaid Mukhlif Al-Ghayyath, is associated with regional drug trafficking gangs and smuggling in the Munshiya Al-Ghaith area in the Rawishid District. He is classified as highly dangerous and armed.

It was mentioned that he faces eight subpoenas related to drug importation and trafficking, participation with international and regional gangs, firing bullets, resisting employees, and two judicial judgments against him for 15 years each issued by the State Security Court.

Investigations and efforts are ongoing to gather information about the remaining wanted individuals and to arrest them - according to the statement.
