The Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization, in collaboration with the Jordanian Armed Forces - the Arab Army, and in partnership with several humanitarian organizations including the World Food Program (WFP), Humanitarian Appeal - Britain, Qatar Red Crescent, Helping Hand Association, and Rahma Around the World, dispatched a new convoy of food aid to the Gaza Strip.

Comprising 75 trucks, the convoy transported food parcels across the King Hussein Border Crossing towards the Kerem Shalom crossing, aimed at reaching and assisting the people in Gaza. Distribution of the aid will be facilitated through various partner associations and organizations within the Strip.

Dr. Hussein Al-Shibli, the Secretary-General of the Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization, emphasized the critical importance of addressing the food scarcity in Gaza. He highlighted the organization's ongoing efforts to consistently deliver food aid to Gaza, striving to increase the volume of aid dispatched as swiftly as possible.

Al-Shibli noted that since the conclusion of Ramadan and the beginning of Eid al-Fitr, over 280 trucks loaded with essential food items have been sent to the people in Gaza. The cumulative number of trucks dispatched via the land bridge has now reached 962.

The Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization continues to accept cash donations through its designated bank account at Union Bank (Account No. JO32 UBSI 1030 0000 4010 1659 9151 06), electronic wallets, or via Cliq JHCOGAZA.
