The Jordanian national football team has advanced 17 places in the FIFA rankings issued recently on the morning of February 15th.

Al-Nashama rose to 70th place globally and 10th in Asia, with Japan remaining as the highest ranked team in Asia.

This progress comes after the national team secured a second place finish in the 2023 AFC Asian Cup held recently in Qatar.
