A young man fatally stabbed his 55-year-old brother and his sister-in-law in Giza, Egypt.

The perpetrator stabbed them with a knife following family disputes.

Police rushed to the scene of the incident and arrested the perpetrator. The bodies were transferred to the forensic medicine department.

An investigation has been launched.
