Tuesday, security services found the 15-year-old, Omar al-Mahamid, in good health.

Investigations were launched to find out the circumstances of the incident. 

Earlier, Mahamid went missing in the Sahab area in Amman.

Mahamid's uncle said that he was last seen at 7 AM before leaving for school to sit for an exam.

He told Roya that Mahamid has sent his mother a voice recording 'with signs of fear evident in his voice,' in which he told her he would return home at 7 PM.

After he disappeared, his Facebook account was disabled and his mobile was switched off.

Mahamid's family contacted the relevant security services and reported the incident.

The family noted that the teenager is on good terms with his relatives and does not usually skip school.
