Two boys who had run away from home in Irbid were found in Amman on Friday, according to the announcement of the Public Security Directorate.

The two runaways, around 15 years old, had left a note for their parents saying that they are leaving the country to find a job to make them rich instead of staying at school to finally work as employees.

The media spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate said that an investigation team was able to locate and reach them in the Bayader area in the capital, Amman, and they are in good health.

He confirmed that their statements will be heard and then they will be handed over to their families.

Notably, the two boys had left their homes in the town of Habka in Irbid governorate, with a note that spread like wildfire on social media.

Ayham Al-Omari and Rashid Al-Sobh, two close friends, wrote the reason behind their disappearance was a book titled “Rich Dad Poor Dad” written by Robert Kiyosaki and Sharon Lechter.

Their letter indicated that they went to search for work after long deliberation, so that they would collect capital to be able to start a business project, writing: "We went to search for work in which we can earn capital to start our own project and make money work for ourselves, so that we do not work for money and have the mentality of an employee that is produced by the school system.”
