Boy drowns in swimming pool in Mafraq

An 11-year-old boy of Arab nationality drowned Saturday in the Teachers’ Club swimming pool in Mafraq.

Roya’s reporter said that a civil defense team arrived at the location of the incident to provide the boy with first aid, but he had already passed away.

The body was transferred to King Talal Military Hospital.

Investigations are underway to find out more information about the incident.
