Friday, the residents of Hebron in the West Bank are preparing for the funeral of the Palestinian activist Nizar Banat after Friday Prayer.

Thursday, the Governor of Hebron Jibrin al-Bakri announced the death of the Palestinian political and human rights activist Nizar Banat during his arrest by the Palestinian security authorities.

A committee was formed to investigate Banat's death, which said the cause of death is 'unnatural ' after the autopsy showed injuries represented by bruises in many areas of his body.
