Sunday, a security source announced the occurrence of a  fight in the Wehdat area, east Amman between a group of individuals due to disputes between them.

The two sides used firearms, which resulted in the death of one person and the injury of eight.

The deceased was evacuated from the scene and those injured were transferred to a hospital to receive treatment.

The health conditions of the injured individuals are unknown.

In turn, the security services arrested a number of those involved in the quarrel, and an investigation has been launched to determine further details and arrest the others involved.
