Thursday, Prime Minister Bisher al-Khasawneh issued Communication No. 33 for the Fiscal Year 2021, regarding the mitigating measures announced by the government Wednesday.

Based on the announcement shared by Khasawneh on Twitter, Communication 33 imposes the following as of Friday:

-A daily overnight curfew that starts at 7 pm until 6am for citizens.

-Worshippers are allowed to make their way to mosques on foot to perform Fajr, Maghrib, Isha and Tarawih prayers for the time period announced by the Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs.

-Public parks, and any shops located inside them, are permitted to operate based on the hours set by the relevant authority, but for no later than 6 pm.

Based on the Communication, Khasawneh can change the communication based on the COVID-19 situation in the Kingdom.
