GAM in cooperation with public security officials, carried out security inspections on unauthorized street vendors on the sidewalks in Downtown Amman Sunday.

The campaign implemented by the Random Sale Control Department in GAM has removed unauthorized street vendors scattered on sidewalks of streets, in front of mosques and other locations which GAM receives complaints about from other merchants and citizens.

GAM usually carries out daily campaigns to remove any violating street vendors or merchants situated on streets and sidewalks in Amman due to them creating traffic and slowing down pedestrians.
