First recovery case of COVID-19 recorded in Irbid

Director of the King Abdullah University Hospital (KAUH) in Irbid, Muhammad Ghazou, has announced today the first case of recovery of the novel COVID-19.

In a statement, Ghazou said that the patient had been in the hospital's isolation department for ten days, pointing out that two tests were conducted four days apart, and both came back negative.

He underlined that the patient is in good condition and that he was discharged from the hospital, stressing that the patient will visit the hospital after two weeks for another test.
