Paper curfew exemption permits issued by the National Center for Security and Crises Management and the Prime Ministry are still valid, Head of COVID-19 Crisis Management Group Operations, Brigadier Mazen Frayeh, confirmed today.
He added that drivers of cargo, foodstuffs, flour and vegetable trucks are exempted from the curfew, as well as drivers of liquefied petroleum tanks and water distribution vehicles, without any time or movement restriction.
"The exemption also applies to bakeries, vegetable, water and food supply stores in residential neighborhoods, while only authorized petrol stations will be allowed to open," he noted.
