In a message addressed to citizens this morning, Prime Minister Omar Razzaz has called on people not to overcrowd the groceries to get their needs of food and commodities after the government allowed groceries and minimarkets to open today amid the curfew imposed in the country.

"We will allow the groceries to be opened daily, including Fridays and Saturdays, and there is no need for citizens to stockpile or overcrowd them," Razzaz said in an audio message.

"As of tomorrow, supermarkets will be available to provide citizens with their needs through the delivery services."

He pointed out that the security services will be in the field to observe any violations in these groceries if there were any overcrowding, stressing that the groceries where any violations would be observed, will be shut down.
