Head of Prince Hamzah Hospital: Infected people are in stable health conditions

Head of Prince Hamzah Hospital, Abdulrazzaq Khashman confirmed that the six people infected with coronavirus in Jordan are all in stable health conditions.

Khashman stressed that the infected are currently receiving treatment inside the hospital and do not need artificial respiration, according to Jordan News Agency (Petra).

"The infected were admitted to hospital at dawn today and are four French tourists and two Jordanians, one of whom came from Britain and the other had direct contact with an American tourist.

Earlier today the Minister of Health, Saad Jaber, announced that six new corona cases were reported in the Kingdom.

During a press conference held at the Prime Ministry building, the minister stressed that control will be tightened on the thousands of travelers coming to Jordan, as it will be applied to all violators of the instructions to fight the outbreak.
