Informed sources confirmed today that the government will not take a decision today to suspend schools and universities because of coronavirus.

The source told Roya that the current data on the spread of the virus do not give sufficient justifications to the cabinet and the national committee for epidemics to issue a decision to suspend the educational process in schools and universities.

The Minister of Health, Dr. Saad Jaber and the State Minister for Media Affairs, Amjad Awda Al-Adaileh will hold a press conference at 5 pm today at the Prime Minister to announce a set of government measures to deal with the virus, especially measures related to traveling from and to the Kingdom.
