Higher Education Minister visits students injured in Zarqa-Mafraq road accident

Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Mohyee Addin Tawq went to Zarqa Public Hospital to check on the health conditions of the Hashemite University students, who were injured in the Zarqa-Mafraq road accident that took place today.

Minister Tawq confirmed that students must be provided with the necessary health care to recover following the accident.

He also praised the efforts of the security services, including members of the Public Security Directorate (PSD) and the Civil Defense Directorate (CDD) for the tremendous efforts they made to provide the necessary first aid to the injured.

He also thanked the Head of the Hospital and the medical and administrative staff, for their efforts.

The Minister expressed his deepest condolences to the family of the student who died in the accident.

Minister Tawq was accompanied by President of the Hashemite University, Dr. Fawwaz AbdulHaq, Vice President, Dr. Kayed Abu Safiyyeh and the Dean of Students Affairs at the University, Dr. Sadiq Shdaifat.
