Secretary-General of the Ministry of Health, Hikmat Abul Foul checked on the readiness of the health personnel at Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA), as part of the Ministry's measures to apply safety protocols to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus in the Kingdom.

On late Tuesday, January 28, Abul Foul was briefed on the personnel's preventive role by using the latest devices and technologies to detect any viruses, and checked on the performance of the Airport's thermal scanners, that were also installed at the northern and southern border crossings.

He pointed out that four medical teams are rotating around the clock to follow up on any suspected cases, and to carry out the accurate medical checkup within the highest levels of preventive and curative protocol enforced by the Ministry to ensure safety for all travelers.
