The Royal Jordanian Airlines (RJ) have restarted operating between Amman and Baghdad today after the airlines halted their services in light of the security situation in the city and at Baghdad International Airport after Iran's most powerful military commander, General Qasem Soleimani, was killed by a US airstrike in Iraq a couple of days ago.

RJ urged its passengers who wish to book to Baghdad to call +962 6 5100000, visit www.rj.com or use RJ’s mobile application. They can also visit the airline sales offices or their travel agents worldwide.

The airlines operate flights to Basra, Erbil, Najaf and Sulaymaniyah.
