Cadres of the Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) officially removed the 6th circle in Amman yesterday.

GAM is planning to install traffic lights instead of the roundabout in order to decrease traffic congestion in the area.

It will work on providing means of traffic safety at the work site.

Over the past years, several roundabouts in Amman have been removed, including the 8th circle, 7th circle and 5th circle.
