Two young Jordanian citizens were executed by hanging on Tuesday, October 29, 2019, in Tabuk area of Saudi Arabia for drug trafficking.

Jordanian citizens had staged a protest in front of the Saudi Embassy in Amman, demanding not to execute the sentence.

Saudi authorities had earlier executed Jordanian citizens to hanging following the same charges, in accordance with the Saudi law which indicates that every drug dealer must be sentenced to hang.
