Security forces managed on Monday, October 14, 2019, to rearrest the killer of the young girl Nibal Abu Dieh, who was killed earlier in March 2019, two hours after he escaped from the Human Care Center at the Ministry of Social Development.

Spokesman for the Ministry of Social Development, Ashraf Khreis told Roya that the killer fled last night and that a committee with members of the Ministry and the Public Security Directorate (PSD) has been formed to investigate his escape.

Nibal was found dead in a warehouse in a building in Zarqa governorate in late March 2019.

Upon the investigation, the killer was arrested and identified as a 17-year-old juvenile, living next to the victim's home, where the body of Nibal was found, and he was tried under the Juvenile Law.
