Wintertime is the original and standard timing in the Kingdom, while Daylight Saving Time is an additional timing implemented every summer.
According to an earlier decision made by the Jordanian Cabinet, Jordan is expected to switch from the Daylight saving time soon as winter is approaching.
The date is speculated to be on Friday, 25 October 2019, which will change the timing to be two hours ahead of GMT.
So, unless the Jordanian government announces otherwise, Jordanians will be rewinding their clocks 60 minutes earlier on Thursday’s midnight (12:00 AM of October 25, 2019).
