The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources announced on Monday, October 7, 2019, that the prices of international oil derivatives have witnessed a slight decrease during the first week of October 2019.

Prices of 95-octane gasoline dropped by 1.8% from JD 452.626 ($ 638.4) per tonne to JD 444.401 ($626.8) per tonne, while the price of 90-octane gasoline decreased by 1.9% from JD 418.523 ($590.3) per tonne to JD 410.724 ($579.3).

Diesel prices decreased by 3.3% from JD 414.198 ($584.2) per tonne to JD 400.585 ($565) and kerosene prices also decreased by 3% from JD 443.054 ($624.9) per tonne to JD 429.867 ($606.3).

However, the prices of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) have increased by 1.2% from 253.609 ($357.7) to 305.792 ($431.3).

The price of Brent crude has fallen to 41.6183 ($58.7), compared to JD44.5961 ($62.9) in September.
