Various areas of Amman and Zarqa governorates have witnessed the season's first rainfall today.

Heavy rain has fallen suddenly and lasted for a few minutes only.

Arabia Weather had earlier warned of expected rainfall and thunderstorms in parts of the Kingdom's southern and eastern regions in the afternoon and evening.

Arabia Weather had also warned of the danger of slippery roads.
