The Administrative Court has issued a recent decision indicating that it has ended the teachers' strike.

Based on the decision, the Jordanian Teachers Syndicate must stop the strike and inform all the members of the Syndicate that the strike is over.

Following the decision, a legal expert told Roya that the decision forces the Teachers Syndicate's council to stop the strike in all public schools of the Kingdom.

He pointed out that the Administrative Court made this decision as it recognizes that this strike is against the law and has negatively affected students.

He explained that the decision is subject to appeal by the Teachers Syndicate's council and before the Supreme Administrative Court.

If the Syndicate does not comply with this decision, the Syndicate's council will be legally considered "dissolved."
