Hammad noted to Jordan's humane role in hosting refugees and providing them with services, most notably health, and educational services, despite the difficult economic circumstances in Jordan.

He also stressed the need for the international community and donor countries to shoulder their responsibilities towards Jordan and help it through establishing productive projects, especially in refugee-hosting communities.
