One person was killed and three others were injured in a two-vehicle collision that took place Zarqa on Saturday, September 7, 2019, the Civil Defence Department (CDD) said in a statement.

The statement added that rescue teams rushed to the scene in the Hashemiyeh area, pulled one of the injured who was trapped inside one of the vehicles, administered first aid to the injured and transferred them along with the dead body to the Zarqa Government Hospital. The injured were listed in moderate health condition.
