The Operations Center at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates and the Jordanian Embassy in Washington are following up on the murder of a Jordanian citizen in San Bernardino, California in the US, Director of the Operations Center at the Ministry, Sufian Qudah said.

The Jordanian Embassy in Washington is following up on the investigation of the murder with the competent authorities in California to find out the details of the crime and identify the perpetrators.

The family of the deceased was contacted and provided with the necessary assistance, but still have not yet decided whether the deceased will be buried there or in Jordan, Qudah added.

He expressed his deepest condolences and sympathy to the family of the deceased.
