The Department of Hajj and Umrah of the Ministry of Awqaf, Islamic Affairs and Holy Places confirmed the around 27 buses with 1948 Palestinian pilgrims on board has arrived in Jordan on Friday morning, August 16, 2019, Jordan News Agency (Petra) reported.
Acting Director-General of the Hajj Department, Abdul Sattar Qudah, said that the majority of the pilgrims, who traveled from Saudi Arabia to Jordan by buses, arrived in the Kingdom during the previous two days.
Cadres of the Ministry received the pilgrims to provide them with all the required services, explaining that all pilgrims are fine except for one pilgrim who was indisposed and was transferred to a hospital.
