Around 36 % of cancer patients in Jordan are under 50 years of age, Nisreen Qatamish, Director General of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) said on Sunday, July 21, 2019.

King Hussein Cancer Center receives 65 % of cancer patients in the Kingdom, noting that the Center treats all forms of cancer, Qatamish said in a statement to Jordan News Agency (Petra).

Over 22,000 patients are currently being treated at the Center, she added.
