Jordanian young girl 'Alin' who was injured during New Zealand attack leaves hospital

The Jordanian child, Alin Alsati Daraghmeh, who was seriously injured during an armed attack in Christchurch, New Zealand in March 2019, has finally left the hospital.

Alin and her father, Wasseim Alsati Daraghmeh were wounded during the attack that targetted two mosques in New Zealand.

Alin was hit with two bullets, one in the back and another in her tummy and had undergone eight surgeries.

Alsati posted a video on his Facebook profile, saying "To all my friends and family I am so happy to come back home to Christchurch it’s been a long four months now and I know we still have a long road for the rehab by to list and my daughter have made great progress so far
Looking forward to see you
I will keep you all updated."

About 50 people of various nationalities were killed in the brutal attack after the Australian-born suspect, Brenton Tarrant, opened fire on dozens of Muslim worshippers in the two mosques.
