Cadres of the Civil Defense Directorate (CDD) have extinguished a fire that broke out in a wheat field estimated at 35 dunums in Irbid on Thursday, June 13, 2019, the Media Department at the CDD said in a statement.

The statement added that the firefighters were able to control the fire, stressing that no human injuries were reported.

The CDD had earlier issued a statement indicating that most of the recently reported fire accidents are fabricated.
