One of suspects of 'tobacco case' dies due to heart attack

Jasser Al-Nabar, one of the suspects of the "tobacco case" died due to a heart attack during a court session held on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, a judicial source said.

The source added that Al-Nabar suffered from fatigue during the session, which called on him to inform the Head of the State Security Court (SSC), Colonel Dr. Mohammed Al-Afif, who ordered his immediate transfer to the hospital accompanied by his daughter, who was attending the session.

The deceased is one of the 24 suspects arrested since July 2018, along with the main suspect, Awni Mutee.
