The International Criminal Court (ICC) has overturned on Monday, May 6, 2019, a decision of referring Jordan to the United Nations(UN) Security Council because the isolated Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir was not arrested when he visited Amman to attend the Arab summit in March 2017, according to Al Arabiya.
