A 24-year-old man died on Monday, March 25, 2019, after drowning in King Abdullah Canal in Irbid governorate, north of Jordan.

Diving and rescue teams at the Civil Defence Department (CDD) had rushed to the scene, recovered the body and transferred it to Abi Obaidah Government Hospital in Irbid.
