Jordanian, Egyptian, Iraqi FMs prepare for tripartite summit in Cairo

Jordanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ayman Safadi and the Director General of Intelligence General Adnan Jundi participated Saturday in the six-way meeting hosted by Cairo for foreign ministers and heads of intelligence services in Jordan, Egypt and Iraq.

The meeting comes in preparation for the tripartite summit which will bring together His Majesty King Abdullah II and Egyptian President Sisi, and Iraqi Prime Minister Adil Abdul-Mahdi to adopt the steps and programs for developing cooperation and integration between the three sisterly countries in all fields, cooperation and joint Arab action and contribution to support Arab development.

During the meeting, they discussed a number of regional issues and common security challenges and means of dealing with them, which will contribute to regional security and stability.
