A pupil has injured a teacher and three other staff members at a school in the Norwegian capital Oslo, police said.

The boy was arrested after reports he attacked staff with a knife but the motive was not immediately clear.

Four employees at Brynseng School in the east of the city were taken to hospital with minor injuries.

Police confirmed pupils may have witnessed the incident but no children were harmed.
