A number of shop owners in Ma'an, south of Jordan staged a strike on Monday, March 11, 2019, in support of unemployed youth who have been protesting for more than 20 days in front of the Royal Hashemite Court (RHC) in Amman.

Shop owners in Ma'an closed down their shops, confirming that they insist on supporting the unemployed protestors until the government responds to their demands and provides them with real job opportunities.
